The physio is not really helping the problem and the advice given is not getting to nub if the problem, I am just being asked to doing wasteful exercises. I feel fobbed off when asked about my scoliosis.

Excellent level of care, patience & understanding.
The appointment started a few minutes late but that is a frequent occurrence in any hospital so that is not too bad a wait.
All the staff I met were helpful, friendly & kind, especially my physio [name removed]..
I think it would help if all the receptionists were not squeezed behind a small glass screen, this is not very welcoming and it’s also difficult to hear them.
Suggested improvements
Please allow more space for the physiotherapy reception area. It’s small, cramped and not very welcoming to visitors and patients.
